Hello, Do you have a Playstation 2? If you do, put the CD you burned of the English Phantasy Star in the Playstation 2 and see if it will load. If it does not load that means your Playstation 2 is not moddified and cannot play copied games. You can try to install a Playstation 2 emulator on your computer. That should be able to load the Phantasy Star game. But I have never tried a Playstation 2 emulator and I don’t know how well they work.

If you want to use the English version on a Playstation 2 the Playstation 2 must be moddified so that it can play copied games.
The only other option is to use a Playstation 2 Emulator for your Computer.
